Youth and Young Women Employment
OPAD’s youth and women’s empowerment programs are designed to promote gender equality and foster economic independence among disadvantaged groups in society. Our background is rooted in the belief that all individuals should have access to the same educational and employment opportunities. This is regardless of their gender, race, or socio-economic background.
Our aim is to provide the necessary resources to empower youth and women to reach their full potential. We also aim to create a more equitable society. We do this by offering a variety of programs and services, including mentoring and workshops, that provide life skills and job training.
Our objectives are to provide youth and women with the necessary tools for success, including access to educational opportunities and meaningful employment. We also strive to create a supportive environment of inclusion and acceptance for all.
Our target groups are youth and women from underprivileged backgrounds, including those from low-income households, racial minorities, and those living in rural areas. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to realize their goals and dreams, and our programs are designed to help them do just that.
