CALL FOR PROPOSALS: WEBSITE REDESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT FOR ORGANIZATION FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND DEVELOPMENT (OPAD)
The Organization for Poverty Alleviation and Development (OPAD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the redesign and development of our existing website. The primary goal of this project is to enhance our online presence, improve user experience, and provide a platform that effectively communicates our mission, activities, and achievements.
OPAD is a non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating poverty and promoting sustainable development. Our current website has served us well, but it is now time for a comprehensive redesign and development to better represent our work, values, and impact.
- The selected firm or individual will be expected to:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of our current website and propose improvements.
- Design a modern, visually appealing website that aligns with our brand identity.
- Develop a user-friendly website that is easy to navigate and accessible on various devices.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve our online visibility.
- Integrate social media and donation platforms to the website.
- Provide training and documentation for website management and updates.
Interested firms or individuals should submit a proposal that includes:
- A brief overview of your company or professional profile.
- A portfolio of previous website design and development projects, preferably for non-profit organizations.
- A detailed project plan outlining your approach, timeline, and deliverables.
- A clear breakdown of costs associated with the project.
- References from previous clients.

OPAD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to negotiate with any or all competitive proposals, and to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the organization. This call for proposals does not obligate OPAD to pay any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of any proposal.
