REFUGEES IMMIGRATION AND DISPLACE PEOPLE
In addition to immediate relief efforts, OPAD recognizes the importance of long-term support and integration for refugees, immigrants, and IDPs. The organization works to promote self-reliance and resilience among displaced populations by providing livelihood support, vocational training, and access to education. OPAD also advocates for the rights and inclusion of displaced populations, working to ensure their access to basic services, legal protection, and opportunities for social and economic integration.
OPAD actively engages in advocacy and policy dialogue to promote the rights and well-being of refugees, immigrants, and IDPs. The organization works with governments, international organizations, and other stakeholders to advocate for policies that protect the rights of displaced populations, ensure their access to humanitarian assistance, and promote durable solutions, such as voluntary repatriation, local integration, or resettlement.
Through its work in responding to refugees, immigration, and displaced people, OPAD strives to alleviate the suffering of vulnerable populations and support their recovery and integration. By providing immediate relief, promoting long-term support, and advocating for the rights and well-being of displaced populations, OPAD plays a vital role in providing hope and stability to those who have been forced to leave their homes.
